Since 2013, the Delafield Brewhaus and the Beer Barons of Milwaukee have collaborated to host a limited-category BJCP competition with the winning beer to be brewed at the Brewhaus by John Harrison.
The styles are limited to the ones that John would be willing to brew on the commercial system at the Brewhaus.
All entries are judged in pairs by at least one BJCP certified (or higher ranking) judge – with the vast majority judged by 2 BJCP folks. Each entry will receive quality feedback to tell you how great it was and/or to explain how to improve it.
A medal will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each table. Each 1st place winner will advance to the Best of Show round for a shot to take home The Cup and to brew the beer with John at the Brewhaus.
